advertised EVERY day in some form of publication.
Response: Your call will be
returned within 24 hours. My cell phone is
1-616-836-2600.
Punctuality: If I am late for an
appointment (except for an emergency outside my control), I will
donate $20.00 to the charity of your choice.
Responsibility: I will uphold and
fulfill the duties of a Sellers Agent as outlined by professional
ethics.
Paperwork: You will have the
benefit of our Transaction Coordinator to insure all aspects of your
transaction are professionally completed in a timely
fashion.
Negotiate: We will advise you on
the price and terms to accept in all offers.
Communication: You will receive
bi-weekly written, oral, and/or email updates on our progress to
sell your home.
Title Work: We will order a
Preliminary Title Commitment to insure there are no surprises at the
time of closing.
Presentations: Professionally
designed color feature sheets of your property will be created and
available for potential buyers.
Showings. We pre-qualify those
wishing to view your property for the date and time of your
choosing.
Lock-Box: With your approval a
computerized electronic lock box will be placed on your property to
track all showing activity.
Improvements: We will consult with
you about which before sale improvements, if any, will help your
property sell faster.
Pricing: We will help you price
your property correctly by explaining market conditions and showing
you what comparable properties in your area sold for.
